i generally ask these questions:
- what's the work environment like here? relaxed? busy? social?
- what kind of hours are expected?
- what kind of opportunities are there for movement within the compnay?
- any travel involved?
- who would i report to?
- here are some problems i faced at my last company. will these issues be present here?
- how do you like working here?
- how long have you worked here?etc.
for me interviews are more of an opportunity for me to valuate the company than to put on a show.
