probably an accident. maybe even an incompetent/rogue agent. tragic, but definitely no more scandalous than an everyday fatal car crash. i can see why a newspaper would try to spin this into something more, or a politician who has an agenda, but how the fuck do you even care? this thing inherently isn´t about politics or another systematic problem. except if you desperately need it to be. for whatever reason. most often inferiority complex, anti authority, that stuff. recognize!
