if someone is trying to board you in international waters and you don't want to let him board,
it's your right,
if someone is trying to board your boat without authorization and you defend yourself with a knife, stick, whatever you want,
it is your right, there's no law agaisn't carrying a gun, knife, etc to defend yourself in international water.
if someone start shooting at you before boarding the boat, that is murder,
here's a video that shows that people were already shot dead before the boarding even started.
piracy is a crime no matter who does it.

It seems as if:1. Israelis fired on the ship before boarding, thus disproving the Israeli story of self-defense. (first shots heard at 24 seconds, but when the video starts, two people have been shot, and tear gas and stun grenades have been fired. Reporter claims this attack is coming "from all sides.")
2. No weapons are easily visible on the side of the demonstrators, unless there is a pistol in the left hand of the man at 2:43. (opinions? cell phone? walkie-talkie?)
3. White flag confirmed at 3:30. This seems to contradict early accounts that the vessel was flying a white flag when attacked.
4. Shooting continues at least until minute 7.
