on the subject of horses, some of the outlaws have REALLY fast ones.
i accepted the bounty on this one outlaw who's hideout was kinda southeast of bonnie's ranch. i took his posse out and he jumped on his horse and took the fuck off. no matter how fast i went or what shortcuts i took, that fucker stayed a steady couple hundred yards ahead of me and that was with me trying to stay on roads as much as possible for speed and him clinging to the cliffs running through all the brush. i chased that fucker for a good 15 minutes with him laughing at me the whole time from his camp almost to armadillo and soon as i caught up to him and tried to lasso him, he turned on a dime and flew right back up the mountain back towards camp. finally i cornered the guy as he was rounding a curve, lasso'd and hogtied him and threw him up on his own horse and left mine behind. but after a nightjob on the ranch and the cutscene where you collect your reward, the horse was gone and my slow one was tied up at the hitch wating for me... grrr
wish i knew which one it was because that sucker fleeew
