    I was arrested for attempted rape once based on some pretty coincidental and circumstantial evidence.

    The attacker was about my height and build, and had a dark, noisy sedan (I had a mid-blue convertible bug with a black hard top). Turns out he'd also said he was from a local pizza store I had recently quit.

    I was arrested after a door knock and released after questioning. I was questioned a couple of other times even though my alibi was rock solid. I was at a jam night at a pub with about 50 people there.

    They finally did a voice recording which cleared me but no apologies despite the good cop/bad cop they pulled on me.

    I know they were just doing there job but a little sorry for all the hassle would have been nice.
