    I really don't like the background image as it is. I find it a bit much on the eye.

    Overall I like the site, but I think there's way too much space given to the logo at the top. With big navigation beneath it it's too much wasted space.

    There is too much space at the left and right sides. Your content fills just over half the width of the containing div.

    The transparency on the nav and logo make it hard to read. I didn't see the full logo until I'd scrolled to the bottom and saw it white on blue. I was wondering what 'q p' was as I couldn't read the pixel putty underneath.

    Copyright is one word.

    Make your navs block elements. A user expects not to have to click on the text element in nav links if there is a box encapsulating it.

    The styling on your carousel does not look consitent with the site. It gives the impression you've just picked one off a site somewhere and put your work in it, rather than tailoring it.
