    create new comp
    set your comp frame rate to 10 frames per second
    create new solid give it an orangish yellow color
    ok type in the text (white color)and then pre-compose it
    layer>layer styles>stroke ... make stroke black and 3 point in size
    now effect>stylize>roughen edges

    set border setting to about 6.5
    and edge sharpness to 4.35

    option click on the evolution stopwatch button and type, time*1000

    and off you go
