Got a rough guide of prices for a Phantom hire.
    camera - £2000/day
    cinemax's (2 needed) £300 each/day
    dockingstation £250/day
+ Tech to run camera £430 10hr day

So quite an investment (as there would also be studio and lights too and models) but worthwhile for some stunning 1000fps HD footage!

I'm going to talk to the client to see how serious they are about the project. The initial idea was for a fun viral thing that'd only be online but i guess if it was HD quality they could also use as expo material etc or even TV adverts!

If its just something throwaway and fun then this camera could be worth a shout and just buy one rather than hiring one.

300fps looks like decent enough quality for the ol' YouTube.
It's slow enough to be entertaining and a little bit fascinating.

Although it is the 1000fps from the Phantom etc that would be rediculously fascinating with the amount of detail it would capture.
