    I think those are pretty conservative.

    not only do you have 3d elements but you also have:
    sign up section that most likely has a news letter element
    a forum that needs to be maintained and monitored
    there is also a question of the CMS for the client which has to be thought of.
    All the videos that have to be created
    the huge interactive flash map.
    it also is running jquery

    I would say 30k-50k
