Flash site pricing is so much more of a guess than HTML/JS... because people may demand filmmaker like techniques and then change mind once you do it...
If the client has 3d renders of the products, like the box with knobs, that changes alot... if you have to video-shoot each movement, that's your own or is it part of the supplied media? If the client supplies drably lit stuff, do you reshoot?
ugh.... $20k?!?
