I have a Nikon D80 and have been rottenly jealous since my friend sold his same camera plus some VR lenses and bought a 5D mkII. The pictures it takes are absolutely insane, but ironically I'd almost buy it solely based on the 1080p video. He bought a Rode hot shoe boom for it and bam, there you go... excellent, excellent filming capabilities in an SLR. I remember when I got my Sony VX2000... maybe I'll film myself taking a poop on a pile of money in glorious 720x480.
