NY vs. LA

    Truthfully, it's all about the person doing the living there. I've lived in both, enjoyed both, and they both have their pluses and minuses:

    • LA is more chill and cool, NYC is hard and fast.
    • In NYC, culture is around the corner. In LA, there's just as much, but you have to seek it out both through information seeking and driving.
    • Both have good design. Both have good, smart people. And both have assholes.

    I'm an LA native, so I'm biased, but all those people still in NYC can't be all wrong.
