  whereRI cool :)

  i've gone down the patch root and am on the way to the chemist to get some lozengers. i've decided to go down this route as it is soooo much easier for me. cold turkey sends me crazy. once i've got my lungs back i'll soon be able to get off the substitutes.

  i've also downloaded the audio version of Allen Carr. easy way to stop smoking. if anyone wants the link i'll send it to you..
