I decided to show just the latest agency I worked in/with and to give more space to my skills, avoiding a large list of names that (often) represent companies allready closed. Since I'm not a designer, I cannot show a real "portoflio", so I attached a small description of the biggest projects I worked on, with a small technical description. Don't know if this would work in UK, in Italy in worked. Many friends working in HR told me that CVs longer than 2 pages are not so good...
