johnnnyh, I believe you are right. However I'm not sure to what extent they have left parliament as in the documentary last night it was stated to the effect that no politician could use influence to elicit commercial gain or words to that effect.
So I guess it depends upon the extent to which they have left parliament. I belive certainly the Luton MP is still definitely a member (who is also 'ill and cannot answer calls from her constituency)...surely this is first and foremost fraud of the highest nature as it concerns fraud to the taxpayer and also fraud towards the rules of parliament.
It's absolute bullshit.
