Depends on the wedding.
If it's a day reception on the beach somewhere, or the couple is really casual and fashion conscious, you might be able to get away with it.
Otherwise, I'd avoid it as it's simply not classy enough. It can easily call too much attention to itself, and that's not your role at someone else's wedding. I've seen a couple of brides get pissed at someone else for their attention-getting outfit.
