I'd seriously consider leaving out the arrow on the side in the bottom right section of your logo - space .. it's a bit dated to use that I'd say..
otherwise really simple / clean design .. only thing is that the work is not at the top.. and people are generally more interested in the work rather than some text that might not be too relevant and doesn't have to be read to be able to understand the site.
- but i do really like it overall. It will be really work focussed when that gets some color into it.Jordy
