    Also what I did yesterday to defeat my block that I'm just about to do now is sit on the floor with headphones, keep my eyes closed the whole time (30m to an hour or sometimes more) and just visualize. If you have trouble, just stretch into odd poses and try to relax all your other muscles and hold it. While doing that attempt to talk to your different body parts... they can sometimes feed you information that can be translated into ideas.
