    Go on the attack. Call a meeting with your d-bag boss and the d-bag art director who set you off down the path to copyright infringement, and show step by step how you got to the logos you did (reiterate that the client chose the one logo of the set you didn't like).

    Then quit, right there. Have your shit ready, walk out of the office and pick up your bag and you're gone.
