argh... addresses probably contain extra, randomly placed commas, inconsistently formatted...
for example:
111 main street, apt #44
State & Main, by the mcdonald'sif you can find the original program used to make the file (hopefully Excel) then do a find-change, to change all commas to periods, then re-export and re-import that should work
try opening csv file in excel, you may be able to see where the problems are that way too.. fix them, then re-export...
