None of this advice is very good by the way.
Try to relax and remember why you are there, to make sure you are healthy, a finger up the 'wrong un' briefly is more preferable to death from a disease which could have been caught and cured relatively easily.
Tell him you are nervous and that you apologise for anything you might say and do during the procedure.
