    It's not the breaks I'm worried about, I work roughly 9-6 with an hour for lunch. In fact, it's not really the employer either, it's the North American work ethic. Working more than your weekly 40 hours is normal and expected, not just in this industry but in general. It's just wrong and makes people less productive and miserable, work, pay bills, work, pay bills.
