    ok, let's be serious, the design of filter sucks. A little magnifying glass at the bottom. It's easy to miss and the person is new. Plus ofr a lot of shit, the results suck. Give them a break.
    Stop being an asshole about it, and explain how to do it.
    It's a stupid website, someone didn't kill your kid, you don't have to freak out.
