  Is this the show where they swap wives and then Jesse James shows up and fixes a hot rod in the garage that that rapper dude then pimps out and then they can't find a place to park it so they go to the house where a bunch of model wannbes live in and talk to the cook, who won some contest to be the cook in the house, and then they park the thing in front of the cook's house who is being made over by that Ty guy so that a family of orphans can live in, but before they can live in the house they have to get voted off the island they're on?
