  whatever brand you will choose, you always need a backup of your backup.

  like:

  You computer
  backed up to
  external hard drive 1
  backed up to
  external hard drive 2

  then, keep external hard drive away from your home, like at your work or at a parents house. then, bring it back home like every month or 2 months and update it and bring it back away from home.

  best method to avoid fire and thiefs and hd failures.
