The X to return you from a project could be a little bigger/more obvious. In fact, I think all those nav elements could do with upping a notch - given the boldness of the rest of the design. Part of me kind of expects something a little fancier to happen when I click on the arrows to move between the images within a project.
You have asterisks trailing Vince Frost that don't appear to have matching descriptions?
I'm guessing, given the difference between your portfolio and the projects within, that you have often had your creative freedom restricted, so I'd consider ways of beefing up the portfolio, to perhaps show off more of your capabilities. You've got flash covered - how about a wee bit more textual content somewhere, to show off your typographic eye? Just a thought.
I neither get nor like the ___& tomorrow tag.
