There's a lot of fonts fighting for attention in there.
Structure and spacing is inconsistent and messy - you have completely different mechanics for highlighting sections - coloured bars, horizontal an vertical - other-coloured circles - some bits are outlined, some aren't. Your header's massively squashed up, whilst your eader items are far-too spaced.
Poor hierarchy.
Gaudy bannerage.
Frankly, it's somewhere between mostly unfinished, dire and amateur.
