Powerpoint seems to conspire against you,everything multi-media works on your machine or even your clients machine, but when they copy it to a different machine, tweek it, move it back, then they present on a vendor's laptop with a big screen and...uh... surprise phone call and suddenly it's all your fault..... culture issue, I know, but it seems designed for disaster sometimes....
