I just got married 4 months ago. I designed all the collateral material. Invitations, programs, website, etc.
The link that was posted just above this has some good information. In fact, that very magazine cover for The Knot is one that I looked at. One thing to bear in mind is envelopes. There are standard size envelopes which, if used, can save you money because they're already around. Odd sizes are going to cost extra.
