    it's crap. but that's just my opinion. it's just generic type, not real thought and elements like the jutting line out the left side of the box look like a mistake to me. the type needs serious work - it's called kerning or letterspacing and is important. for a logo you can't simply type out the text and let it automatically fall where it does.

    also, a logo doesn't need a concept explained to anyone except the client when you pitch it. it's visual communication. if it doesn't communicate it's message then it's failed. or the audience are fucking idiots. usually the later.
