    Heres the one on one.

    - You are really doing the public a favor. It's a two shot deal, it's not wrapped up with the normal flu shot. That would be in addition to the normal flu shot. So, to get your seasonal protection your are looking at 3 shots this year.
    - Elderly (60 over) are some what protected. Most Swine flu cases are for previous generations, hinting that this bug has surfaced prior.
    - It's the flu, the flu kills on average about 3,600 people a year. The Swine flu is no different with the exception that it's more of a global bug and not focused in regions.
    - Are you still prone to the flu and cold? Yes, flu shots protect from what is to be the forecasted strains for the flu season specifically influenza types. Can the flu strain mutate and offer you no protection? Absolutely.

Conclusion, if you hate having the flu, have asthma or any other health related illness, work with the general public, or just really paranoid ... get it.

Otherwise, stay healthy, take your vitamins, wash your hands often, and I mean really often, cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. That's really about it.
