I wouldn't match the leading for sidebars and footnotes to the main text if I were you. It looks too loose. Tighten the leading of your marginalia so that every fifth line of a sidebar lines up with the closest line of your main text. There isn't a clear-cut equation for this, at least not that I'm aware of. I do know however that if your paragraph leading is set to 11.5, and the first baseline of your sidebars correspond to any baseline in your paragraphs, then your margin leading should be set to 8.62. Baseline grids are helpful here.
I might make your marginalia about a half point smaller too. 2–2.5 points in size difference is usually good.
