  You're right Gary. I think the best solution might be to find something, and give my current company the luxury of a 3-4 week notice. The only issue I have with that, is that is another company wants to hire me, they likely don't want to wait a month.

  Does that make sense? I don't want to burn this bridge where I'm at currently, but my personal problems are more important than their sinking ship.
