I like Cameron's obsession with machinery, he does such a great job at showing it all on film. I haven't watched his Titanic in ages but I clearly remember he portrayed the massive machinery very well.. I was like "wow these are some big ass wheels" and "this is some huge turbine" while I was watching... that's cool. that level of detail.
- In Titanic the drowning ship made very realistic screeching noises all the time. Tech details made film watchable for males.raf
