1) It doesn't seem like a strategy, he just seems angry. For what initial reason i have no idea, but he's using politics as a device to let his anger out, which is good, but doesn't solve his problem.
2) "the numebr one thing though is exponential growth and costly technology that allows peopel to live longer while not producing a dime." So, i may be misreading this, but are you saying that technology should only be used on people who financially contribute to the...what? Country? Taxes? Society as a whole? i'm sure i'm misinterpreting this sentence, but if not, that's wuite an opinion
