Of course you need to make a fanpage dude. Facebook is very powerful marketing tool.. It's not about whether you or shouldn't open a fanpage, it's about where you'll open similar pages on other social networks too. Any where where you can you should but you should make it centralized with content. Like a strategy where people can come to your site or send you feedback.
This is extremely important in today's world. Regular/Destionation sites as they've been so far are done for. They are playing less and less a role in marketing. It's all about reaching wide audience, and you do that through social sites, pages and all that stuff. You should also do video reels with some nice transitions and post them on video sites etc etc..
