    Because American populace is hypocrite to the core.
    yeah its cool to have a 16yo girl act all slutty in front of millions of influencable kids,
    but if an 18yo guy has sex with a 17yo girl, he goes to jail as a child molester.
    If a 17 yo takes self shot of herself, she's registered as a sex offender.
    but a 16yo Miley ..., she just acting cute.
