Yes there is a RFQ (Request for Qualifications) It's similar to a CV but for the business itself.
Not often but it happens. Normally for a studio/agency you'd include stuff like:
gross billing per year
legal info
federal ID #
contact info
banking info
top clients and percentage of business that comes from said clients
references
principles
sometimes even credit ratingetc.
you get the idea... it's usually very sensitive info.
no samples to show and you will have a hard time finding a sample since the info is pretty confidential per studio.
