    well I'm making progress but my knee still bothers me.
    Today I did an 8 mile run. very slow and steady... my knee hurt for most of the run but not enough to stop me from running... just discomfort. After running I ice it and take Advil. The next day it feels better and after a day or so I don't notice any pain or discomfort... actually I'm able to kick around and play light soccer without any pain really.

    Its when I start running and after the first mile that I feel this slight pain on the outside of my left knee. I can put weight on it the pain seems to be more from bending it.

    Any ideas what the hecks going on? I'm probably gonna set up an appointment with my doctor anyway.

    • heat pack before run and ice after definitely helps a little too.jurassica
    • RICE that mutha. I always get that injury. make sure you take the advil all through the day.flutter
