by faaaaaaaar the most clients in the market available here aren't looking for the level of intellect and puns in a logo as most of you keep striving for.

they just want to feel it, or recognize it in the context of culture/zeitgeist.

most agencies i know do not have a logo that has a lot of thought in it. not necessary either as in this age of hurry and bizzy bizzy people can not be bothered to look at it that way.

if you want that become an artist and do interesting conceptual art.

the success of your company is in the real world out there mostly defined by the amount of contacts and a general body of work that is decent. And here, if it is too over the top, most clients run to an average communications agency here (true!) because it seems more accessible and done within reasonable time and budget. those factors are still the most important for the bunch of the market.

the shit some of the companies do in london is nice to look at, but mostly for designers. or people with a certain taste for better arts.
you don't have lots of them here, i am afraid.

but i don't care. i need to get this shit up asap and get working and earn money!
