That's precisely why I've hung in there w/my lil bro.... but it's to the point that I can't deal anymore.
He's very much in 'awe' of our older brother (who recently spent 4+ months in jail for his 3rd DUI)... he does nothing but play poker 'professionally' as it were - being sure to live off his girlfriend and persuade her and my mother to pretty much give into whatever dumb shit he prefers to do...
... out of all '5' my 'brothers' (some by marriage)... I'm the only one to even go to college. that's not a huge deal - but as we've all reached our 30's... I'm seeing what a big DEAL it actually is...
... the ignorance / lack of understanding what it takes to even keep your head above water is pretty fucking ridiculous.
My brothers all have the brains of engineers or doctors - I'M THE DUMB ONE... I'M THE FUCKER W/THE LEARNING DISABILITY... not them...
... yet they prefer to scrape off other humans rather than rise up and be FUCKING AWESOME as their brains are built to be...
... it's like a punch in the face everyday they talk 'positively' about the stupid shit their up to that will only cost them / their loved ones / their 'friends' hardship.
Again - I wish my one of our parents would go a fucking set of of SOMETHING that has testosterone in it and fucking unload on these idiots...
... else I'm going to end up w/a dead brother on my hands... literally. Because they all seem to flock to me... to my home... to my place... to my money... to whatever I have...
