    tungsten has a very high melting point. (or maybe it's low. i'm not too well versed in the metallurgic arts) which means you can't easily resize a ring once it's cast. it melts very easily. anytime you get it resized they basically give you a new ring.

    something to think about if you have any sentimental attachment to your original wedding band

    • note: don't break finger and don't get fatter!jfletcher
    • i just purchased one myself. i don't expect to have to replace it. i like the weight and look of the tungsten myself7point34
