ExpressionEngine and Drupal both support multiple sites on different domains provided they're on the same web host, of course. Drupal's implementation is free if that's how you roll and EE requires you pony up for a license and a bit extra for the multi-site manager plugin. I think with 2.8 WordPress also supports multiple installations without requiring the MU version but I'm not terribly familiar with it.
