Deleting fonts in Vista

    If you installed the fonts then windows is not going to let you delete the font files, that would break whatever program was trying to access the font you deleted. Basically once the fonts are installed they belong to the "system" and not the "user", it's a safety feature people not a bug =)

    First you need to uninstall the fonts through the Control Panel -> Fonts. Just select whatever fonts you want to remove and press delete (or drag to the recycle bin). AFTER that you can go ahead and delete the files if you want...

    hope that works =) if it doesn't, pls post a screen cap of the Properties/Security/Permissions for Admin of one of the files you can't delete... and also, what exact error message are you getting?
