JP - Depends on the weather, if its cool I can pace around a 9 min mile, but if its hot and humid I'm more in the 10-10.5 mi range, the air in atlanta is so thick and heavy in the summer, its like running in a polluted steam room. No excuse though, I know people that kill it here I need to do some speed work, but for now just trying to take it easy on my knees and put in mileage for this challenge.
I like cold weather running better. (within reason, some of these crazy guys run in negative conditions)
Are you running with a team for that Denver challenge?
