itsmitch, I hope you're not preaching from the other side of the pacific mate, where the government has bought up most of your banks, insurance companies and bad mortgages?
Talk to me about crime when drive by shootings aren't the commonplace. When violent mass shootings in schools aren't commonplace. Talk to me when people don't think it's fine to carry automatic weapons for fear that someone will shoot them first.
Some of Australia's crime stats may be on the rise, but when you come off a low base it's hardly surprising especially given the stressful times we find ourselves in...much of which the US is responsible for.
You're getting your arguments completely screwed up. Everybody thinks Telstra is shit. We don't like it when someone comes here from abroad and receives obsene amounts of money and fucks the company up even more...then leaves and accuses the country of being backward and racist. I couldn't give a flying fuck if Trujillo was Mexican, American, a Pom or a Kiwi for crying out loud...it's just fools we don't like.
And for people to get on their high horses when their own backyard smells like shit is even more galling.
