I think there's something to be said about the candid, voyeuristic qualities of his photography... but really, it neither displays a technical proficiency or a deep understanding of composition. I think sikma nailed it on the head though.
I'd imagine when you get caught up with certain celebrity drug circles and one night you wind up in with a camera in your hand and a bunch of half-hearted wtf-was-I-thinking shots and it happens enough times some bimbo celebrity is bound to point and cluck, "Oh hey look guy with camera must be a photographer! Please, take a picture of my snatch or better yet, while I blow you!"
