In all seriousness prepare a well written letter about why your CD is a total tard and leave it with HR. Be constructively critical. Don't just say, "He doesn't know what he's doing." Bring up specific points as to why he is not doing his job correctly. You'll probably still get fired, but at least he might get a stern talking to... ah, fuck it just get drunk.
