Back up your stuff. Get all source files for your projects, otherwise they'll send you lo-res PDFs that you can't do jack shit with. Take all your vendor contacts with you. Don't take client contacts though. Make sure you have enough print samples.
If/when you get fired, control your temper if you're feeling angry. Lashing out won't help anything. Do make sure to ask specific questions though about how it came to this, otherwise you'll lie awake at night wondering about the unanswered questions. Trust me on this, I've been there.
