block or whatch a domain from being posted more than X times a day/week... and allow more from sub-domains / aliases from other major sources like google, flickr, myspace, etc.. etc... as it's possible to ban some, I think it's probably easy to limit the rest... and hat could even be done automatically w/out physical moderation..
but it's just my h. opinion...
